So I wouldn't say white screen, the display lights go on but grey. [Image]

I purchased a 3.5 display, yet on my main pc i can hear the USB device connect sound, yet the display does not connect to the app nor does anything display - Windows Pro 25H2. Testing on my other laptop - windows 10, the turmo app connects yet nothing appears on the screen, this same happens on another device Windows 11 Home 25H2. Tried different USb cables and have dot net 4.5
