  Hi, on version Beta Version5.3.14 the volume sometime is misscalculated with 1 point difference from windows number. In Stable Version5.3.10 all is ok.

  When plugging in device to any port on PC, the unit (3.5 inch Secondary Display) turns on but stays with a white display, and not being detected by software, continues to say "Disconnected". Troubleshooting steps taken: - Plugged in using included cable into multiple USB Ports (Front and back of PC) - Plugged in using personal cable into multiple USB Ports (Front and back of PC) - Rebooted PC Multiple times while having display plugged in - Plugged in unit while Turmo application is running or closed - Run Turmo as Admin - I've attempted to locate the device in Device Manager, but cannot seem to find it to attempt a driver update. Some notes: - PC does chime stating that it does detect something has been plugged into the PC - Running Windows 11, version 25H2 - GPU is MSI RTX 5070ti - Motherboard is Gigabyte X670 AORUS ELITE RX

  RAM shows only 1 stick and wrong speed.I have 6000MHz 2x16G Kingston Fury Beast Also It doesnt show GPU RAM USAGE. Radeon RX 7900 XT

  Windows 11 pro version 5.3.14 5" screen GPU 5070 TI It does not display the GPU Load information; it always shows 0%. The remaining information (temperature, used, fan) is displayed normally.

    You can click on "theme parameter" to adjust the current theme parameters for GPU load, or use "parameter" to change all basic default settings.

    Hello! Rendering images takes time, especially when there are many parameters being updated, which requires even more time.

  Latest version just disconnects from the port after a few minutes Windows 11 5" screen, Version 5.3.12 Plug it in, it connects, minutes later it disconnects and stops sending data, pretty much infinitely repeatable, doesn't matter which port or cable used. Another issue being that it disconnects if you attempt to flip 0/180 with certain themes. And the issue of it not being detected when starting up windows and needing to unplug/plug each time you boot up before it is recognised is also still there. The screen has been pretty much unusable since I got it, patience is wearing pretty thin now to be honest. I feel at this point it would be better to enable the function that lets us use it as an extended monitor so we can just use aida64 as if it was just a small monitor.

  Witam, kolejny problem - program widzi tylko 8GB RAM z 24, nie potrafi zczytać całości tylko analizuje jedną kość - bez sensu. Coś co było dobre spartoliliście. Jest takie powiedzenie: NOWE jest WROGIEM starego (czyli lepszego).

    Hello! Are you referring to the total memory size shown in the text? Please check if the parameters related to them parameter have been set to use virtual memory.

    Hello! If you're updating by overwriting files with the latest version, please follow these steps: 1. Close the application in the background. 2. Delete the config folder inside the software's data directory. 3. Restart the application.

  Hi! For me FPS counter doesnt work at all. I tried also installing RivaTuner from MSI but still there is no way to connect any parameter with FPS. Is this implemented yet?

      El contador de FPS sirve bien, pero si en un juego se activa el Frame generation el contador se vuelve loco y sube a mas de 1000 fps. Espero te sirva esta información y tenga alguna solución.

      Hello again. I fix the problem it was my fault. I copy the current version over old one and this is the cause of not working correct the sensors. Now i put only the new version and my theme and it is ok. You can put a warning in the instruction to erase old configuration/directory

  Hello. TURMO Turning 3.5 inch IPS Panel. PC03501B (White). Dual GPU, the GPU utilization does not work for Dual GPU (2 GPUS), it only detects one and not the other. GPU label (name detects both GPUs thou). RX6600 is detected but my 3070 is not detected under GPU usage.

    Hello! You can try checking here – it should be outputting to the wrong device by default, as there are usually multiple audio output devices on a computer. We'll arrange for the technical team to fix this issue in the follow-up!

    Hello! You can try the following steps: 1. Close the app from the background 2. Delete the config.at file in the app folder 3. Restart the app 4. Check if the issue still exists 5. If it no longer appears, modify the parameters containing “GPU” via “Them Parameter”! Thank you!

  Hi, sorry I'm new one here and just start using Turmo and I didn't found that anyone post problems with hdd. In my computer I have two sdd drives and one hdd and when i start theme my hdd wake up from sleep and start then noise come from hdd so I start looking around how to remove/block hdd because theme didn't use any disk information and didn't found way to to this in app. Does anyone else have the same issue or know how to fix this? I found 3 Json files in date folder and found all disks but i do not want to edit them manually for now.

    This issue has been fixed in version 5.3.10 – feel free to test it out! The system will not retrieve any data (e.g., C drive info) as long as the theme does not require it. Thank you!

      Thank for fast response but issue still exist when screen update is running but I found solution for this in firewall just deny Perform low-level access to disk and that solve hdd click and application work normal. Perform low-level access to file system is allowed. I hope that this information will help you to solve this problem.

  My screen does not display at all when I turn on my PC, I am forced to unplug and re-plug it back in in order for the software to detect the screen is plugged in and begin displaying stats Windows 11 set to startup with windows plugged in via USB C cable

      Hi, I also have the same problem, 5 inch screen. Every time I shut down and turn on PC, it doesn't turn on/screen stays black and the Turmo software doesn't detect it. Have to unplug and replug it in again for it to work. Hope this can be fixed. Thank you!

    If you are directly overwriting the previous files, please delete the config.at file located in the software's date folder. Failing to do so may prevent the software from reading the new configuration correctly. 1.close the application 2.delete data/ config.at 3.restart the application 4.You can configure and select your desired GPU here.

    Hello! This software is portable and requires no installation. Simply download the package, extract the files to a folder, and double-click turmo.exe to launch it directly.

      Thank you for the answer. Yes i got it too late that it was portable. But the problem was remaining, it's wasnt "instalation" but it was stuck in the loading. . Anyway it's seem alright actually. Thank you
