作者0 Hi, With regards to the date folder, I may not have stated it clearly enough. I did find the 4 mentioned files within the Date folder but removing them and restarting the application still produced the same outcome.20小时前

Go to the data folder in the software installation directory, find and delete these four files: config.at, PBSouce.json, PPLine.json and PTSouce.json. Then restart the software. Please use version 5.4.4. Thank you!前天

作者0 Morning, thank you for the quick response. I have downloaded 5.4.4. I presume the folder is called Date as there is no data folder:
I have found those 4 within the Date folder but unfortunately the same outcome is still had.前天@turmo
