  Hi, With regards to the date folder, I may not have stated it clearly enough. I did find the 4 mentioned files within the Date folder but removing them and restarting the application still produced the same outcome.

  Morning, thank you for the quick response. I have downloaded 5.4.4. I presume the folder is called Date as there is no data folder: I have found those 4 within the Date folder but unfortunately the same outcome is still had.
