{"id":573,"date":"2026-02-01T21:15:04","date_gmt":"2026-02-01T13:15:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/turmo.org\/?p=573"},"modified":"2026-02-01T21:40:53","modified_gmt":"2026-02-01T13:40:53","slug":"softawre-cant-detect-device","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/turmo.org\/?p=573","title":{"rendered":"Softawre can&#8217;t detect device"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"146\" data-end=\"160\">Hi everyone,<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"162\" data-end=\"304\">I recently bought a 3.5&#8243; Turmo\/Turing smart screen .<br data-start=\"223\" data-end=\"226\" \/>The display powers on, and Windows detects it with the USB connection sound.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"306\" data-end=\"411\">In Device Manager it shows up as:<br data-start=\"339\" data-end=\"342\" \/><strong data-start=\"342\" data-end=\"375\">USB\\*****<\/strong>\u00a0and it creates a COM port (COM4).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"413\" data-end=\"542\">However, the Turmo software always says <strong data-start=\"459\" data-end=\"484\">\u201cdevice disconnected\u201d<\/strong> and there is no option to select the COM port manually.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"544\" data-end=\"674\">Has anyone experienced this before?<br data-start=\"579\" data-end=\"582\" \/>Is this a driver\/protocol issue or is this screen incompatible with the official software?<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"676\" data-end=\"714\">Any help would be appreciated.
